摘要
为了实现高精度的室内温度控制,设计了一种以USB2.0多功能数据采集卡为控制核心的温度控制系统并进行了相关测试。该系统采用温度传感器AD590K对室温进行测量,采用分段线性加PI积分分离控制算法进行温度控制。实验表明,这种控制方式可以减小超调量,提高温度控制精度。该系统可以用于对气温控制要求较高的场合。
In order to control the indoor temperature precisely,we use USB2.0 as micro-controller to control the system,we use AD590K temperature sensor to measure the indoor temperature,In the control algorithm,we use piecewise linear plus integral PI method isolation to control the indoor temperature,we also do the relevant tests.It proves that this control method can reduce the overshoot and also can control the indoor temperature precisely.This system can be used in the occasion when indoor temperature control is required.
