重庆市市售蔬菜中锌、砷、汞的污染现状评价 被引量:11

摘要 通过对重庆市主城区17种市售蔬菜204个样品中重金属Zn,As,Hg的含量进行分析,并以国家标准为依据,对蔬菜重金属污染状况进行分析评价,了解重庆市蔬菜中重金属污染状况。结果表明:重庆市市售蔬菜清洁率为60.8%,15.7%的蔬菜处于重度污染。所采集蔬菜As含量均合格,大部分Zn含量合格,但Hg含量超标严重,超标率达到了36.3%。北碚区蔬菜质量要好于渝中区和南岸区。不同种类和类型的蔬菜对重金属的富集能力不同,Zn:叶菜类>瓜果类>根茎类;As:叶菜类>根茎类>瓜果类;Hg:根茎类>瓜果类>叶菜类。 Overall 204 vegetables samples from 17 kinds of vegetables were collected randomly from Chongqing market, Zn, As and Hg were measured from these samples. These heavy metals values were evaluated subsequently according to national hygiene standard methods. The results indicate that 60.8% of samples were in fairly better condition, while 15.7% of samples were slightly contaminated in terms of heavy metal level. Moreover, the results demonstrate that As level in all samples attained the safety requirement, Zn in most samples met requirements, however, Hg level in most samples didn't comply with standards. As for the vegetable plantation location, vegetables from Beibei District were better than those from Yuzhong District and Nanan District. The adorptive capability for heavy meatals varied enormously, as for Zn, leaf vegetables〉 fruit vegetables〉rhizoma vegetables, while concerning with As, leaf vegetables〉 rhizoma vegetables 〉 fruit vegetables, in terms of Hg, rhizoma vegetables〉 fruit rhizoma vegetables 〉 leaf vegetables.
