摘要 通过气井井筒腐蚀检测发现,靖边气田产水量较大的气井井筒腐蚀较为严重,个别气井油管出现了腐蚀穿孔、断脱等现象。井筒定期加注缓蚀剂具有效果好、易操作、费用低等特点,是气田最常用的防腐措施。为减缓靖边气田该类气井井筒腐蚀,延长井下管柱寿命,在对13种不同类型缓蚀剂进行室内评价和筛选的基础上,对优选出的IMC-80BH型缓蚀剂在现场开展了推广应用。本文介绍了该型缓蚀剂现场评价的方式及效果,现场评价试验结果表明:IMC-80BH型缓蚀剂能够有效抑制产水气井井筒的局部及整体腐蚀程度,缓蚀性能较好。 Detection of corrosion in by wellbore found,JINGBIAN gasfield upcountry larger more serious corrosion in gas well of water,individual gas well tubing corrosion and perforation occurred,dropout and so on.Wellbore regularly raise inhibitors have effective and easy to operate,low cost,is the most commonly used anti-corrosion measures of gas field.To mitigate such corrosion in gas well in JINGBIAN gasfield,extend the life of underground pipe, in 13 different types for laboratory evaluation and screening of inhibitors on the basis of, IMC-80BH elected on popularization and application of corrosion inhibitor in the field.This article describes the manner and effect of corrosion inhibitor for site evaluation,site evaluation test results indicate that the IMC-80BH inhibitors to inhibit corrosion degree of gas shaft of local production and overall,corrosion inhibition performance better.
