摘要
天然气净化处理过程中存在不同程度的胺液污染,主要是固、液相杂质及溶液降解产物,溶液污染会导致装置频繁发泡拦液、设备腐蚀加重、溶液有效负荷降低及产品气质量不达标等种种问题,其纯洁程度直接关系到脱硫系统能否平稳运行及产品合格率。溶液过滤是防治溶液污染的重要手段主要分析了胺液污染物的来源、危害及常用的预防措施,阐述了目前脱硫过程中常用的胺液过滤流程及使用中存在的问题,最后介绍了新型阴离子树脂交换工艺在脱除胺液热稳定盐中的应用。通过分析归纳,本文提出了一种结合机械过滤器和阴离子树脂交换工艺设备的综合过滤措施。
There is amine pollution on different levels in purification process.Degraded production as solid-liquid phase impurity could make the amine solution foam,the plant corrode severe,the solution load decrease and product gas out of standard.The stable desulfurising process and the qualified product gas depend on the purity of amine solution.To filter the amine solution could prevent the solution from pollution.Focusing on analyzing the pollution source of the amine solution,harmfulness and prophylactic measures,the paper expound the problem we meet in the filter process of amine solution at present.We give a detailed explanation about the supplement of resin exchange in removing amine thermal stable salt.As a result, for improving the amine solution's purity,we put forward a new filter process which integrated the mechanical filter and anion resin exchange.
