摘要
以钛酸四丁酯、六水合硝酸锌、无水乙醇(AE)、冰醋酸等为原料,考察了pH值、前驱体反应温度、预处理煅烧温度等对钛酸锌粉体的形成过程和物相组成的影响,实验结果表明:在pH为2~3,Ti/Zn摩尔比为1∶1,Ti/AE摩尔比为7∶1~6∶1,前驱体反应温度为35℃,所获干凝胶粉末经800℃煅烧处理可获得纯偏钛酸锌粉体。
Using zinc nitrate hexahydrate(ZnNO3·6H2O),tetrabutyl titanate(C16H36O4Ti),anhydrous ethanol(CH3CH2OH,AE) and acetic acid(CH3COOH) as raw materials,ZnTiO3 powders were synthesized.The effects of pH value,the precursor reaction temperature and heat treatment temperature on the synthesis of ZnTiO3 powders were investigated.It's found that when the pH value of the solvent is 2~3,the reaction temperature being 35℃,and Ti/Zn=1:1,Ti/AE=7:1~6:1,a nearly phase-pure ZnTiO3 powder can be prepared by heat-treatment at 800℃for 4h.
