Research of Key Technologies of Rural Housing Survey

农村宅基地调查是农村宅基地确权登记发证工作的基础性工作。相对于城镇地籍调查,农村宅基地调查具有分布范围广、地域分散、适用农村宅基地确权政策的特点,探索适合农村宅基地调查的技术和方法是必须研究的一个课题。本文就控制测量、权属调查和信息管理方面论述了农村宅基地调查中的关键技术,为更好地开展农村宅基地调查工作和增强新技术的应用提供了理论支持。

Survey of rural residential land is the basis for issuing the ownership registration.Compared with the cadastral surveys,surveys of rural residential land are characterized of wide distribution,geographical dispersion and the policies specific for rural residential land.Therefore it is necessary to explore the technology and methods of rural residential land survey.In this paper,the key technologies of rural residential land survey are discussed from the aspects of control measurement,ownership investigation and information management in the hope of improving the application of new technologies in the survey.
