毛竹成竹过程中内源激素动态变化 被引量:20

摘要 应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,分析笋期和展叶期毛竹6种内源激素含量的变化。结果表明,随竹笋的生长,ZT、GA3的含量均不断增加。各器官按ZT含量高低排列的顺序为:蔸根(5.66μg/g,鲜质量)>笋体、笋基和笋蔸(1.83~2.20μg/g)>箨片和笋尖(分别仅为0.77、0.96μg/g)。箨片、笋体、笋基、笋蔸、蔸根的GA3含量介于22.40~28.09μg/g,明显高于笋尖含量(仅14.67μg/g)。展叶期毛竹含ZT、6-BA、2-ip、GA3、ABA和IBA,但IBA在竹叶和竹秆中未检出。竹叶的内源激素含量最高,其次为竹枝、竹根和竹秆,而竹蔸的含量最低。竹秆的内源激素含量呈向基性降低,其中,ZT、2-ip和6-BA的含量在梢部大幅下降,中部—梢部的变化不明显。而ABA的含量最低,且各位置间的变化不明显。 The changes in the content of endogenous phytohormones of Phyllostachys edulis during the bamboo shoot and bamboo formation stages were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the contents of both ZT and GA3 increased with the growth of bamboo shoot.The parts ordered by the content(μg/g,measured by fresh weight) of ZT in bamboo shoot were:stump root(5.66 μg/g) middle part,basal part,and stump(1.83-2.20 μg/g) shoot vagina,distal part(0.77,0.96 μg/g respectively).The GA3 contents of shoot vagina,middle part,basal part,stump,stump root were between 22.40-28.09 μg/g,but that of distal part was 14.67 μg/g.ZT,6-BA,2-ip,GA3,ABA and IBA were detected in the bambooformation course,but there was no IBA in leaf and culm.On the whole,the max content of endogenous phytohormones was founded in leaf,and then branch,root and culm,the content of hormones in stump was the lowest.In culm during the bambooformation course in,the content of GA3 decreased towards the lower positions.ZT,2-ip and 6-BA decreased rapidly in culm distal part,and lightly in both middle and basal parts.But the contents of ABA were the lowest comparatively at all positions of culm.
