光照强度对白掌试管苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以白掌品种"亮叶白掌"试管苗为材料,探讨了不同光照强度对其生长的影响,结果表明高光照度对促进白掌试管苗的生长和提高其品质效果明显。光照强度54μmol/(m2.s)处理下,白掌试管苗的地上干质量、根部干质量、总干质量及干物率均达到最大值;光照强度45μmol/(m2.s)处理下,白掌试管苗的叶数、最大根长、地上鲜质量、根部鲜质量及总鲜质量均达到最大值,且在此处理下光合速率和可溶性糖含量也达到最大值;光照强度36μmol/(m2.s)处理下株高和最大叶长达到最大值;光照强度18μmol/(m2.s)处理下绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量均达到最大值。综上分析,光照强度18μmol/(m2.s)时有利于叶绿素的合成,光照强度36~45μmol/(m2.s)时有利于试管苗的形态生长,光照强度54μmol/(m2.s)时有利于干物质的积累。 The plantlets of Spathiphyllum kochii var.Spathiphyllum 'liangye' in vitro were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different light intensities on their growth.The results showed that the growth and quality of Spathiphyllum plantlets in vitro could be obviously improved by higher illuminance.When the illuminance was 54 μmol/(m2·s),the indexes of the plantlets in vitro were better than in other treatments,including plantlets dry weight,root dry weight,gross dry weight and dry matter rate.When the illuminance was 45 μmol/(m2·s),the indexes of the plantlets in vitro were better than in other treatments,including leaf number,the biggest root length,the ground fresh weight,root fresh weight,and total fresh weight,furthermore,the photosynthetic rate and soluble sugar of the plantlets in vitro were also the largest.When the illuminance was 36 μmol/(m2·s),the plant height and leaf length of the plantlets in vitro were better than in other treatments.When the illuminance was 18 μmol/(m2·s),the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total leaf chlorophyll content of the plantlets in vitro were better than in other treatments.In conclusion,when the illuminance is 18lux μmol/(m2·s),it is easier to synthesize the chlorophyll.When the illuminance is between 36 μmol/(m2·s) and 45 μmol/(m2·s),it is easier to form the shape of plantlets in vitro.When the illuminance is 54 μmol/(m2·s),it is easier to accumulate dry matter.
