摘要
对有限元资源安全共享和有效集成问题,提出了基于Portlet和Globus工具包GT4的有限元分析网格门户系统框架.通过整合门户层和基于网格安全基础设施(GSI)的网格服务层安全技术,实现了门户系统层次化的安全认证机制;利用网格资源配置和管理服务(GRAM)及层次化调度技术建立了作业管理方法;采用监视和发现服务(MDS)的信息聚合及网格监视软件Ganglia的资源信息采集功能,提出了信息管理结构;分析了基于GridSphere容器的Portlet组件开发原理.有限元分析网格门户原型系统开发和应用表明:基于Portlet的系统组件具有标准化、可复用以及开发效率高的优点,门户系统具有良好的扩展性和可移植性.
For secure sharing and efficient integration of finite element analysis resources(FEA),the FEA grid portal based on Portlet and Globus toolkit 4(GT4) was presented.The two layered authentication mechanism of the grid portal system was implemented by combining the user name/pass,based portal layer and grid security infrastructure(GSI) based service layer security technologies.The job management method was established by adopting the grid resources allocation and management(GRAM) service and hierarchical coordination technology;the information management structure was presented by using the information aggregation technology of monitoring and discovery service(MDS) and the information collection technology of Ganglia;and the development principle of GridSphere based Portlet components was analyzed.The development and the application case of prototyping grid portal system demonstrates that the Portlet based system components are standardized,reusable and quick to be implemented,and the portal system is scalable and portable.
