睾丸扭转的诊治探讨（附19例报告） 被引量：2

摘要 睾丸扭转又称精索扭转，是男性患者急性阴囊疼痛的常见原因，容易误诊而延误诊治，造成精索内的血循环发生障碍，引起睾丸缺血、坏死，所以发病后应早期诊断和及时手术。
