摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了黄花菜根中Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、K和Mg 7种金属元素含量。结果表明,在常量元素中K、Ca含量较高,微量元素中Fe、Cu含量较高,7种金属元素含量由高到低顺序分别为:K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn。加样回收率为98.75%~106.25%,该法操作简单、结果准确,是黄花菜根中微量元素检测的理想方法。
The content of seven metal elements Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, K and Mg in HemerocaUis fulva was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). The results showed that K and Ca were more in the macro elements and Fe and Cu were more in the trace elements. The order of the seven metal elements was K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn. The recovery ratio of this method was 98.75% 106. 25%. It concluded the method is accuracy and satisfactory used for analysis of metal elements Hemerocallis fulva
