摘要
利用高效液相色谱法对两种不同的转移因子类生物产品中多肽组份分子量的分布进行分析。应用岛津LC - 6A高效液相色谱系统 ,使用C18反相色谱柱 ,对流动相、洗脱方式、洗脱时间、色谱条件进行反复试验 ,使用KH2 PO4、1ml/min流速、2 5min洗脱时间 ,得到很好的分离效果。方法简便 ,结果重现性好 。
High performing liquid chromatography system(HPLC) was used to analyse the molecular distribution of polypeptides.The reversed-phase C 18 column was utilized in the LC-6A HPLC system to analyse a sort of reagent of flow, flowing maner,flowing time,and rate of flow.As a result,methanol:KH 2PO 4 reagent,1 ml/min rate of flow,and 25 min flow time was proposed to finish this work.The repetition of result is good.In conclusion,it suggests that it is an efficient way to analysis distribution of polypeptide compounds.It provids a new way in the quality control of biotechnology.
