摘要
根据Fe3+在pH1.8~5.4溶液中,能氧化抗坏血酸,且与二安替比林甲烷能形成黄色配合物的性质,提出了二安替比林甲烷退色分光光度法测定药物中抗坏血酸的新方法。检测波长为456nm,抗坏血酸浓度在2~30mg/L范围内服从比耳定律。用于药物中抗坏血酸的测定。
Ascorbic acid in medicine is determined by diantipyrylmethane fading spectrophotometric method, based on Fe 3+ by ascorbic acid, and Fe 3+ reacting with diantipyrylmethane in the range of pH 1.8~5.4.The measured wave length is at 456 nm,and the Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 2~30 mg ascorbic acid per liter.The determined results are in agreement with those of the Chinese pharmacopoeia's method and the background correction method.
