摘要
初步研究了库布齐沙地油蒿群落枯枝落叶分解过程中主要微生物类群数量的季节变化特征.好气型细菌、纤维素分解菌、芽孢型细菌、放线菌和丝状真菌数量的季节变化特点较为多样,但总的来看,夏秋季是它们数量最多的时期,地下枯枝落叶样品中的数量普遍高于地上样品,枯叶中的数量高于枯枝.相邻土壤样品的表现较复杂,数量变化波动明显,部分类群高峰值的出现有滞后现象,这与沙地土壤环境密切相关.
The primary study on seasonal changes of microorganism in the litter decomposition process of Artemisia ordosica communities was conducted in this paper. There are different characteristics of number changes in a year among different groups, including aerophilic bacterium, cellulose decomposing bacteria, spore forming bacteria, actinomyces, and fungi. In general, the peak value appears in summer and autumn. Numbers of microorganism in litter samples of below ground are more than those of above ground. Numbers of microorganism in dead leaves are more than those of in dead stems. In addition, adjacent soil samples show complicate features. On the one hand, numbers of microorganism fluctuate obviously. On the other hand, the peak value of some groups appears time lag compared with litter. This is closely related with environments of sandy soil.
