摘要
以高纯铁粉直接作为原料,通过添加促进剂提高铁的反应活性,加入稳定剂增加二价铁离子的稳定性,对不含无机酸根离子的甘氨酸螯合铁的合成新工艺进行了研究。本文详细探究了反应温度、反应时间、稳定剂种类以及pH等对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度70℃、反应时间8h、稳定剂为柠檬酸、pH为5.51。运用化学滴定、紫外可见分光光度等测试手段对反应体系中二价铁、游离甘氨酸、总甘氨酸以及总铁的质量百分比进行了跟踪分析;利用IR光谱对产品的基本结构进行了表征,得出与二价铁螯合的为甘氨酸中的氨基以及OH-上的O原子;通过长时间跟踪分析产物中二价铁的含量,测试了产物的稳定性。经有机溶剂初步纯化后产物中二价铁的含量达到25.92%。
Using high purity iron powder as raw material,the new synthetic conditions of ferrous glycinate chelate without inorganic anions were studied by adding promoter to improve the activity of iron and adding stabilizer to increase the stability of bivalent iron ion.The effect of reaction temperature,the reaction time,the species of stabilizer and the were studied.The optimal reaction conditions are: reaction temperature was 70°C,the reaction time was 8h,the stabilizer was citric acid and the pH was 5.51.The weight percentage of ferrous iron,free glycine,total glycine and total iron in the product were tracked and analyzed by chemical titration,elemental analysis and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The structure of the product was explored by infrared spectrum and the stability of the product was explored through long time tracking the content of the divalent iron in the product.The result showed that the bivalent iron was chelating with the glycine's O atom of-OH-and N atom of-NH2,the ferrous glycinate chelate we prepared was a stable iron supplement product.After preliminary purified by organic solvents,the content of ferrous iron in the ferrous glycinate chelate was reached to 25.92%eventually.
