Mms Zhou from Hangzhou is typical victim of the disorganized status of express delivery indus-try. ＂My friend sent me some special food by ZJS Express that promised to send it to Hangzhou in two or three days. However, three days later, I didn＇t get any information from ZJS Express until several days later, but the delivery people claimed that they couldn＇t send the parcel to me on that day because the parcel wasn＇t in the same district where I am,＂ says Ms Zhou.
