摘要
教师是外语教学中的关键因素,外语教师的专业发展对外语教学质量和效率的提高具有举足轻重的影响。本文基于反思实践视角取向,以苏中某重点中学为研究场域,探究了一位新入职的中学英语教师的成长途径,主要包括参加新教师培训,互相听课,每周写反思记录等形式。这三种途径均有利于促进教师的成长,但同时也存在一定的不足。针对以上三种方式的不足,本文提出了应大力推行校本培训、加强推进远程网络培训、提高听课效率,提高教师教学反思的自主性等建议,以促进新教师的成长。
The teachers play a crucial role in foreign language teaching. The improvement of foreign language teaching quality and efficiency is deeply infulenced by teachers' professional development. Based on a key middle school in the Central Jiangsu Province, this paper explores a new middle school English teachers' growth ways from the reflective practice perspective, which mainly encompass receiving new teacher's training, mutual observation as well as writing reflective records on a weekly basis. In view of the disadvantages of three ways, some suggestions are raised to promote new teachers'growth.
