摘要
本文在包络谱分析方法的基础上提出了优化包络谱分析的新概念,对其原理和方法进行了实验研究并编制了相应的计算机程序,最后以实例对此方法进行了验证和考核. 这个新的滚动轴承故障诊断方法比其它常用方法在分离和提取滚动轴承故障特征信息中更为有效,它不但能清楚地把轴承故障特征信息分离出来,而且信噪比很高,大大提高了故障诊断的准确程度.
In this paper, a new concept of Optimum Envelope Spectrum (OES) analysis is put forward based on the envelope spectrum analysis. Experimental research on the principles, the method and some computer pragrams of OES has been made. The OES methad supports the test of a real example. It can correctly identify and extract the passage frequencies of the fault rolling element bearing, and has a high signal to noise ratio as compared with other common signal processing methods. Therefore, this new method improve significantly the accuracy of fault diagnosis.
