从日本福岛核事故说起

Lessons from the Fukushima Nuclear Accident

本文主要讲三个方面。第一,简单回顾一下日本福岛核事故及其现况与教训;第二,日本这次核事故对我们国家核电发展的影响,我们应该如何从日本的事故吸取经验教训,明确我国核电发展战略;最后试图回答几个问题:应该如何正确对待放射性,这次福岛核电事故到底有多大,等等。

Three issues has been discussed in this paper. First of all, a short review of the Fukushima Nuclear Accident is given, including its current situation and what we can learn from this calamity; Then we look at the possible impacts of the accident in Japan to the development of nuclear power in China, for instance, how we should learn to be wiser and re-clarify our own strategy for nuclear power development; At the end we try to deal with subjects such as the proper attitude to radiation, and the severity of Fukushima Accident, etc.
