适量有氧运动延缓脑衰老的作用及机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 国内外研究表明,基于脑老化的过程和特点不相同,大致可将老年人群分为由重到轻的4组人群:痴呆老年、轻度认知损害老年、常态老年和成功老年。成功老年只占老年人群的20%~40%,成功老年与若干因素有关,除了年龄因素以外,还与教育、有益的行为方式有关。目前越来越多的人发现积极的余暇活动有助于延缓脑衰老。
