熊胆胶囊对病毒性肝炎患者退黄作用的临床研究

Clinical study of the effect of xiongdan jiaonang on viral hepatitis

目的 评价熊胆胶囊对病毒性肝炎的治疗作用。方法 78例急、慢性病毒性肝炎患者采用熊胆胶囊口服治疗,并以复方益肝灵治疗23例急、慢性肝炎患者作为对照。4周后对其效果进行评价。结果 熊胆胶囊治疗组总胆红素复常率为81%,而复方益肝灵治疗组则为40%;两组的降酶效果均较显著,转氨酶复常率接近80%。治疗过程中均无明显的不良反应。结论 熊胆胶囊对病毒性肝炎患者有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiongdan Jiaonang on viral hepatitis.Methods 78 cases suffering from acute and chronic viral hepatitis were treated with Xiongdan Jiaonang;23 cases of hepatitis as negative control,were treated with Fufang Yiganling.The effects were evaluated after 4 weeks treatment.Results The rate of TB normalization of Xiongdan Jiaonang treatment group was 81% while that of Fufang Yiganling was 40%;the effects of ALT&AST normalization of both groups were equal.Conclusion Xiongdan Jiaonang is suitable for patients suffering from hepatitis.
