摘要
本文构建了山西省水资源价值评价指标体系,运用未确知测度模型及信息熵理论,对山西省水资源价值进行综合评价,运用水资源价格计算模型将价值综合评价向量转换成资源水价,给出山西省可承受水资源价格的上限。研究结果显示,一方面山西省目前水资源价值水平偏低且保护和开发利用程度不高,另一方面山西省资源水价远低于居民可承受能力,为今后综合水价的调整和改良提供理论依据和决策参考。
This essay constructs the value of evaluation index system of water resources in Shanxi Province.We make a comprehensive evaluation of water resources in Shanxi Province by using unascertained measure model and information entropy theory,then we switch the vectors of comprehensive evaluation into the price of water resources via water prices calculation model,and finally obtain the affordable ceiling price of water resources in Shanxi Province.The result shows that the value of water resources there is on a lower level and neither the protection nor the development is efficient enough,besides,the price of water is far below the affordability of the residents there.All figures above can provide a theoretical basis and determination making references for future price adjustment and improvement.
