摘要
在TAM模型、相关文献以及前期研究的基础上,提出了政府网站用户引导路径分析模型,并运用路径分析法进行了验证。模型说明,"分类引导"、"交互引导"、"提示引导"、"路径引导"、"一站式引导"和"感知易用"可直接或间接显著影响"感知可用",因而政府网站可以通过提高用户引导功能提升感知政府网站的可用性和易用性,进而提升公众对政府网站的接受意愿,充分发挥政府网应有的作用。
Based on the TAM model, the relevant literature and previous studies, this thesis proposes analysis model of user guide path for government website and applies path analysis method to verify it. Models illustrate that "classification guide," "interactive guide", "prompt guide", "path guidance," "one-stop guide" and "perceived ease of use" could have significantly direct or indirect effect on "Perception available". Therefore, the government website Could enhance government website's usability and perceived ease of use by improving the user guidance. And then, it could raise the public's willingness to accept the government website and give full play to the functions of government website.
