摘要
本文提出固定式导管架平台结构故障的模式识别诊断.首先介绍模式识别的基本思想,然后讨论统计判别函数方法.对一个二维导管架平台模型,用随机激励进行了正常平台、台面质量增加、横撑斜撑切断以及根部开裂等多种结构状态的振动试验.取频响函数幅值和随机减量函数作为被识别的模式,得到了很好的结果,从而说明这是一种很有希望的导管架平台结构故障的诊断方法.
The pattern recognition diagnosis for the damage detection of offshore jacket platforms is proposed in this paper.The basic idea of pattern recognition and statistical discriminant function method are discussed.A two-dimensional jacket platform medel made of plexiglass is properly designed for the tests of damage detection by using random vibration signal processing.Seven structure situations,including the intact structure,the structure with some added mass on the deck and the strueture with brace element severance or some crack cuts in the platform legs,are tested.The transfer function and random decrement signature are takell as patterns to be recognized.The results show that pattern recognition diagnosis is a promising technique for damage derection of offshore jacket platforms.
