摘要
卫生改革面临的矛盾有 :现行医疗体制与社会经济发展的矛盾、医疗成本与收费价格之间的矛盾、医疗收费价格与我国所有制结构多样化的矛盾、行政管理方式与市场化经营的矛盾、医学科学技术发展与普通群众对基本医疗需求的矛盾、卫生资源的绝对不足与相对过剩的矛盾。只有解决好这些矛盾 ,卫生改革才能深入下去。
Health reform is faced with many contradictions. The contradiction of current medical system with social economy development, that of treatment cost with fee, that of treatment fee with diversity of ownership structure in our country, that of administrative method with market management, that of medical science and technology development with primary medical demand of the masses, that of absolute health resource deficiency with relative surplus. Only by proper treatment of these contradictions, can health reform be carried out in depth.
