古雷—南太武区域区位优势独特,战略资源组合条件优越。加快古雷—南太武区域发展,是落实海西战略、优化区域发展布局、提升区域整体实力的战略举措。古雷-南太武区域应明确今后发展的功能定位,同时在发展思路上遵循发展滨海经济带,建设临港产业集聚区和临港新城,培育都市区形成港城互动,建设高效交通网,加强滨海生态景观保护与建设。为保障和促进古雷—南太武区域发展,相关部门应在体制机制、政策、规划、项目等方面予以扶持。

Gulei-Nan Taiwu Region boasts advantageous location and great potential of strategic resources,and its development is the key to prioritize regional development,enhance regional competitive edge and implement the strategy of developing the Economic Zone along the West Coast of Taiwan Straits.To make clear its direction of development,Gulei-Nan Taiwu Region should follow the path of developing coastal economic zones,constructing industrial cluster district,New harbor city and efficient traffic system,promoting interaction between port and city as well as enhancing preservation and construction of coastal eco-landscape.Priorities should be given to system-forming,policy-making,planning and project establishment to achieve this goal.
