建筑物的鉴定与加固是事关建筑物安全与人民群众生命财产安全的大事。建筑物鉴定加固工作者,肩负着保护建筑物安全与生命安全的重要使命。这些危旧建筑物的鉴定与加固工作量大,难度高,范围广,必须在有关部门及各级政府机关的大力配合下方能有效地开展工作,特别是要提醒各级政府机关领导应提高防患意识,对危旧建筑物会对人民群众的生命财产造成危害的认识,做到防微社渐,未雨绸缪,以确保人民群众的生命财产安全。该文从以人为本和科学发展观角度,列举三个工程案例,阐述对危房鉴定加固处理的认识,以期唤起人民对这项工作的重视。提醒人们,特别是政府有关部门的领导对危旧房必须及时进行鉴定与加固。对没有改造意义的危旧房必须采取措施,该拆的坚决拆除,消除隐患,以确保人民的生命财产安全。

Building appraisal and strengthening concems the welfare of public lives and wealth As engineers in this field,we shoulder great responsibility to protect buildings＇safety and peole＇ s lives,The features of this task lie in the work intensity,and technological difficulty.Hence it requires the cooperation from the govemment to raise the awareness of preventing the underlying disasters which may occurred by the dangerous buildings.This paper aims to emphasizing the significance of building appraisal and strengthening through five projects.In particular the govemments of different levels are expected to attach high importance to shis issue.Proper measures should be adopted to dealing with dangerous to ensure the public interest.
