摘要 以有限元分析软件Abaqus为仿真计算平台,开发了一整套进行胶囊硫化变形行为的仿真分析方法,模拟胶囊从收囊筒到充气定型的整个过程,就定型压力等工艺参数对定型效果的影响进行仿真分析和对比。结果表明,定型压力及上压盘的定型高度和直径等对定型效果影响明显,证明仿真分析结果与实际情况符合较好。 A simulation method based on Abaqus software was developed for analyzing the defor-mation of curing bladder during curing course.The simulation covered the whole shaping process from shrinking to inflation of curing bladder.The influence of process parameters such as the pressure of curing bladder on tire shaping was analyzed.The results showed that the pressure of curing bladder,and the height and diameter of chuck influenced the shaping significantly,which proved the simulation was in good agreement with the real shaping course.
