腔镜甲状腺切除术中意外切除甲状旁腺的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 喉返神经损伤和低钙血症是腔镜甲状腺切除术后的两大主要并发症。随着外科技术的进步，腔镜甲状腺切除术的安全性有了很大的提高，但是腔镜甲状腺切除术后低钙血症的发生率却没有得到明显改善（文献报道在1．6％～50．0％之间，其中持续性低钙血症的发生率达到1．5％～4．0％。本文对台州医院在腔镜甲状腺切除术中意外切除甲状旁腺的发生率和影响因素等作一分析，并探讨避免甲状旁腺损伤的方法。
