Digitalization in Ribbon Embroidery Design

将服饰产品设计中的丝带绣设计与数字化技术相结合,通过丝带绣设计规律的分析、各种数字化实现方案的对比,对如何实现丝带绣的虚拟设计进行研究和分析.并以VC++6.0为平台,采用C++语言开发了丝带绣虚拟设计系统.研究表明,该系统能较真实地展示设计完成的丝带绣作品的效果,具有快速、方便、智能、真实等特点,将该系统运用于实际生产中能省略样绣的过程,从而缩短产品开发周期、降低生产成本,具有较大的市场实用价值.

The ribbon embroidery design and the digital technology is combined, further research on implement the ribbon embroidery virtual design is analyzed through analyzing the regular pattern of the ribbon design and comparing it with other digitalization realization schemes. Simultaneously, VC ＋ ＋ 6.0 is taken as a platform and C ＋ ＋ language is utilized to exploit the ribbon embroidery virtual design system. The research results show that this system can display the design result of ribbon embroidery actually and the advantage is fast, convenient, intelligent and genuine. The prototype design process can be omitted in practice and the period of the ribbon embroidery production cycle can also be reduced enormously with this system, which makes it real effective for the ribbon embroidery industry.
