Prevention and Control of Water Pollution for Oil Storages under Accident Conditions

文章结合实例分析了储油库在事故状态下次生水体污染事件的风险,通过典型事故案例剖析了储油库水污染预防与控制管理的关键环节,指出国内相关标准在储油库水污染预防与控制措施要求方面存在的不足,提出储油库水污染防控体系建设的构架以及管理措施建议。

Combined with examples,this paper analyzes the risk of secondary water pollution incidents caused by oil storage accidents.In the meantime,based on the typical accident case study,it discusses the key points of water pollution prevention and control management,points out the insufficiency of relevant domestic standards concerning water pollution prevention and control for oil storages and comes up with system building framework and management measures of water pollution prevention and control for oil storages.
