文章通过在唐山LNG项目建设现场HSE管理实践中的经验总结,结合中国石油集团公司提出的加强"三基"工作的要求,提出了一套HSE管理方法并应用于实践,取得了良好效果,为其他LNG项目建设提供了必要的借鉴与参考。

According to the on-site experience of HSE management practice of Tangshan LNG construction project and CNPC's three-base demands,this article sums up a set of HSE management methods used in practice,achieve good results,provide reference to other LNG projects constructing.
