On the basis of the summary for Shanghai regulatory planning work practice since 2008, the article explores the application effect on the administration regulations, rules, technical standards, outcomes standard and the supporting system of regulatory planning, and puts forward the proposals about administration work system optimization for regulatory planning in the future.
