摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐和对苯二酚为初始原料,采用2种不同方法合成了1,4-二[(2-氨乙基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮。考察了时间、温度、物料比等因素对1,4-二[(2-氨乙基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮收率的影响。适宜的反应条件为:n(1,4-二羟基蒽醌)∶n(乙二胺)=1∶20,反应温度50℃,反应时间1 h。以1,4-二[(2-氨乙基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮为原料,与生物素缩合合成了由生物素介导的1,4-二[(2-氨乙基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮,收率为89.8%。
The reaction of phthalic anhydride with hydroquinone resulted in the important intermediate 1,4-bis[(2-aminoethyl)amino]-9,10-anthracene dione in two different ways.The effects of reaction time,temperature and ratio of materials were investigated.The appropriate reaction conditions were obtained as:n(1,4-dihydroxy anthraquinone)∶n(ethylenediamine)=1∶20,reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 1 h.Compound was further reacted with biotin to make the title compound in 89.8% yield.
