摘要
以环己酮塔顶液为研究对象,用分子筛作吸附剂,利用分子筛对杂质的物理和化学吸附作用,对含有己醛和2-庚酮等多种杂质的环己酮液体进行了吸附研究。分别考察了分子筛的硅铝比、吸附时间、吸附温度和吸附剂的添加量对己醛和2-庚酮的吸附去除效果。硅铝比为80的分子筛对己醛和2-庚酮的吸附效果最好,且吸附温度为30℃,吸附时间为24 h,剂油比为0.08 g/m3时,己醛去除率达到99.52%,2-庚酮去除率达100%。
ZSM-5 Molecular sieves with different Si/Al ratios were investigated for the adsorption of hexanal and 2-heptanone in cyclohexanone.The effects of the adsorption time,the adsorption temperature and the amount of the adsorbent were investigated.Best results were obtained under the following conditions:n(Si)∶n(Al)=80∶1,adsorption time 24 h,adsorption temperature 30℃ and the ratio of zeolite to cyclohexanone 0.08 g/m3.The removal rates were 99.52% and 100% for hexanal and 2-heptanone,respectively.
