摘要
老年患者由于生理心理等方面的变化以及社会因素等的影响会表现出与一般患者不同的心理特点,如固执己见、自尊心极强、易怒等。做好与老年患者的沟通应具备以下素质:全面的专业知识;足够的耐心;高尚的职业道德;丰富的人文素养;良好的沟通能力。其中医患沟通能力又包括语言沟通能力和非语言沟通能力。
Due to the influence of physical,psychological change,social and other factors,senile patients have their unique psychological features,such as obstinacy,excessive esteem,and irritability.Therefore,in order to conduct effective communication with senile patients,requirements for doctors are exclusively high,such as a comprehensive command of professional knowledge,adequate patience,noble professionalism,rich humanistic quality,and good communication capacity including language communication and non-language communication.
