Medical Object and the Classification of Medical Ethics Problems

根据马克思主义基本原理,医学伦理问题可以被划分为单客体伦理问题和双客体伦理问题,单客体伦理问题表现为非对抗形式和对抗形式;在双客体伦理问题中,医学实践的客体有一对,主要矛盾存在于两个客体之间。这种划分有助于我们把握具体伦理问题的症结和本质。

Medical ethics is an important behavioral rule,which exists in the research of both clinical medicine and biomedicine,regulates the behaviors of medical workers and medical investigators,and also gives rise to much controversy.To see from the basic tenets of Marxism,medical ethics problems can be divided into ＂single-object＂ ethical problems and ＂double-objects＂ ethical problems according to the existing form of contradiction.Single-object ethical problems display in two forms,including non-confronting form and confronting form,while there are a pair of objects of medical practice in double-object ethical problems,and the principle contradiction lies between the two objects.This classification will help us to hold the essence and crux of these specific problems,and it also goes in accordance with the cognition sequence which originates from particular features of objects to universal ones,and turns to particular features.
