某医院构建科研伦理道德建设综合评估指标体系的研究

The Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation System for Moral Construction of Medical Scientific Researches in Hospital

目的构建医疗机构科研伦理道德建设综合评估指标体系,对科研道德建设状况作出全面客观评估。方法采用定量分析方法,对上海市某高校系统直属5家市级医疗机构进行科研伦理道德建设的综合评估,并选取N院作为调查评估的特定医院。应用SPSS11.3软件包对数据进行分析。结果 N院医学科研道德建设综合指数略高于总体平均水平(1.0)。该院科研学术不端行为严重状况低于总体水平,防范督查状况与总体水平基本持平,教育培训低于总体水平。结论本研究构建的医疗机构科研伦理道德建设综合评估指标体系,能够较为全面客观评估科研道德建设,对于防范处理医学科研中的不端行为具有现实意义。

Objective：To make a comprehensive assessment system for morality of Scientific Researches and to evaluate the moral construction of medical scientific researches in hospitals.Methods：The quantitative analysis was used based on the five municipal hospitals affiliated to a specific university in Shanghai to comprehensively assess of moral construction of medical scientific researches,and N Hospital was selected as the model hospital for the study.The questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 11.3software package.Results：Index of morality of Medical Scientific Research of the N Hospital was slightly higher than the overall average（1.0）,Indicator of misconduct in medical scientific research was less than the overall level,with the same overall level of indicator of the prevention and inspection observed,while the Indicator of the education involving misconduct in medical scientific research was below the overall level.Conclusion：This study constructed evaluation index system for moral construction of medical scientific research in hospital which can be used to comprehensively and objectively assesse the Morality of Medical Scientific Research,and has a practical significance in preventing and treating academic misconducts in medical scientific researches.
