摘要
目的探讨对临床护生实施人文关怀能力培养的效果。方法选取某三级甲等医院实习的本科护生72名,通过带习教师的人文关怀理念潜移默化影响临床护生,并采取角色模范式、日志式、对话式等人文关怀教学方法对临床护生实施人文关怀能力培养。结果实施前后对临床护生人文关怀能力及护理工作满意度调查差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对临床护生人文关怀能力的培养,增强了临床护生的关怀能力,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To discuss the training effects of the nursing students in the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates.Method:72 undergraduate internships in a third-grade class-A hospital are not only unconsciously influenced by the humanistic caring ideas of their tutors,but also taken a role model,daily record,conversational humanistic care to cultivate the humanistic care ability.Results:Before and after the measure,the humanistic caring ability and nursing work satisfaction survey are significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:The training of the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates,can enhance the clinical nurses'care ability,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
