河南省高校阳光体育运动存在的问题及对策研究

研究"阳光体育运动"在河南省高校中存在的问题、原因,指出河南省高校对开展"阳光体育运动"的实施监控力度不够;阳光体育运行体制尚需完善;宣传工作不到位,学生认识不深;课外体育经费保证制度的缺失;体育课程内容陈旧,体育活动开展方式过于单一及阳光体育运动教师指导机制尚未建立等不利因素,建立起有效的阳光体育运动监督运行机制,强化对学校体育工作的刚性要求,引导学校把阳光体育运动落到实处.

The research clarifies the Henan Province university ＂the sunlight sports＂ and the development implementation situation,as well as the extant question,the reason,pointing out that to launch ＂the sunlight sports＂ the implementation monitoring dynamics is insufficient.The sunlight sports movement system must consummate.The propaganda work does not arrive,the students knows little.Extracurricular sports funds guarantee system is not founded.The sports curriculum content is obsolete,the sports development way is too unitary and the sunlight sports teacher instructs the mechanism is not yet established.The effective sunlight sports to supervise the operational mechanism should be established to strengthen the school sports work rigid request,guiding the school to land on feet the sunlight sports.
