山东省高职院校专业设置现状与对策研究

Study on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Specialty Setting of Higher Vocational Schools in Shandong Province

抽样调查显示,山东省高职院校专业设置覆盖面广,专业结构与经济发展规划相适应,且新型专业不断增多,但同时也存在对应基础产业的专业比例较少,各专业大类招生比例不协调,专业设置特色不鲜明等问题。山东省各级政府及教育主管部门应加强对高职专业设置的宏观调控和指导,合理调整专业布局,推进专业大类招生,同时学校也要以市场为导向,依托区域行业设置特色专业。

The sampling investigation show that,in higher vocational schools of Shandong province,the specialty setting covers extensive domains,the specialty structure and economic development are adaptable,and the emerging specialties are increasingly growing;meanwhile,there exist some problems： the proportion of specialties corresponding to basic industries is less,the enrollment proportion of all broad specialty types is inharmonious,and the characteristics of specialty setting is unclear,etc..All levels of government and the department being responsible for education of Shandong province should enhance the macro-control and guidance for specialty setting of higher vocational education,adjust reasonably the layout of specialty,promote the enrollment of all broad specialty types,while schools should take market as the guidance,and set up the characteristic specialties relying on regional industries.
