摘要 引入平衡记分卡理论,以学生维度、教师责任维度、教学维度以及学习和成长维度,围绕技师学院人才培养目标,构建技师学院"双师型"教师绩效考核指标体系。在"双师型"教师绩效管理实践中,加强理论学习,提高认识;确定学校战略目标,提升组织绩效;明确管理职责,提高绩效管理效果;完善激励机制,调动教师的工作积极性和主动性。 According the theory of balanced scorecard,the performance evaluation indicator system for "dual-qualification" teachers in technician colleges was built surrounding with the talent cultivation objectives of technician colleges from the dimensions of student,teacher's responsibility,teaching and student's learning and growth.In the practice of performance management for "dual-qualification" teachers,the following measures should be taken: strengthen theoretical learning and enhance understanding;identify strategic objective for school and enhance the performance of organization;clarify the responsibility of management and enhance the management effects;optimize inspiration mechanism to mobilize the positivity of teachers.
