摘要
本文基于高校"人才培养、科学研究、社会服务"三大功能优势,从适应社会管理创新工作的人才培养、富有前瞻性的社会管理领域的对策性研究和引领社会管理事业发展的社会服务等方面提出高校参与创新社会管理机制构建的途径,对高校参与创新社会管理的机制研究予以多方位探讨。
This thesis,in light of the three fundamental functions of universities,i.e."talent training,scientific research and social service",proposes the building of a set of systems for university participation in innovative social management including a talent training mechanism that meets the demands of social management innovation,a prospective counter-measure study mechanism for social management areas and a social service mechanism that ushers the development of social management cause.It also conducts an all-round survey on the study of mechanism for university participation in innovative social management.
