摘要
通过利益衡量来分析和解决高校学生工作纠纷,使整个解纷过程不在钢性的司法框架中进行,纠纷主体间的情感和利益基础便可以得到较为完整的保留,纠纷处理的现实效果便有明显的保障,法律风险会得到有效控制,因此利益衡量无疑应纳入解决学生纠纷的机制建设轨道,并且得到很好的应用。
The continuous expansion of the scale of higher education institutions makes the contradiction of job management for students more conspicuous than ever under the transforming situation.From the basic essentials of interest measurement in legal dimension,effectively using legal methods to improve the settlement mechanism of job disputes in colleges can be a crucial point in promoting overall development and progress of students,meanwhile in regulating dispute settlement of college students and keeping daily work of college smooth.
