摘要
文章以高碑店静叶栅生产试制为背景,详细介绍了300MW联合循环机组全装配反动式静叶栅的结构特点,并在此基础上对静叶栅进行了工艺性分析。同时,该文阐述了静叶栅在装配加工中的各项技术难题,并提出了相应工艺措施,实现了高碑店sT机组高中压静叶栅的经济。
Basing on trial-manufacture of stationary blade row in Gaobeidian project, this paper introduces the structure characteristics of the fabricated blade row in detail, which is in 300MW reaction type combined cycle set, and then analyses the feasibility of its technology. Meantime, the article describes every technological problem in the manufacture and assembly of the blade row, and proposes relevant procedure measures to realize the economical and high-efficient manufacture of HIP blade row in ST set in Gaobeidian project.
