下肢骨折病人深静脉血栓的预防 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结下肢骨折病人深静脉血栓形成的综合预防措施。方法:按深静脉血栓形成高危因素对160例下肢骨折病人进行分级评估,并针对性实施综合预防措施,观察深静脉血栓形成的症状和体征,评价综合预防措施对下肢骨折深静脉血栓形成的作用。结果:下肢骨折病人应用综合预防措施后,未发现深静脉血栓形成的病人。结论:采取综合预防措施,对预防下肢骨折病人深静脉血栓形成有积极作用。
