安全心理模型对团队学习行为的影响

摘要 本研究引入现场模拟实验方法,将10个团队随机分配于高低安全心理模型条件下,检验不同安全心理模型水平条件下团队学习行为的差异。结果表明,高水平安全心理模型显著提高了团队成员的互动性团队学习行为和反思性团队学习行为。同时,对团队学习行为不同的测量方法对实验结果具有一定的影响。
