Cause Analysis of Mistaken Startup of Accident General Circuit in CZX12R1 Operation Box

在电网二次系统中,不经过保护动作跳开断路器时监控系统不能启动事故音响,避免与故障跳闸情况相混淆。但是在某变电站,手动跳开某线路间隔断路器时监控系统启动了事故音响。本文针对此种缺陷从二次回路上进行了技术分析,并提出了解决办法。

In the secondary system,the monitoring system is not able to start tripping alarms in order to avoid the differention with fault trip,when the breaker is not tripped by protection action.But in some substations,a line breaker is tripped by hands,which causes startup of tripping alarms.From the standpoint of the secondary looper,this paper gives a technical analysis for it and proposes some solutions.
