摘要 目的评价预灌封注射器(Prefilled Syringe,PFS)疫苗的使用,对大规模预防接种工作效率的影响,为应急接种情况下疫苗的选择提供参考。方法采用交叉设计的方法 ,对预防接种人员分组,分别使用PFS、西林瓶和安瓿疫苗模拟进行1剂计时接种和10min计量接种,对三种疫苗的接种时间、接种量、差错事件进行定量分析。结果 PFS疫苗完成一剂疫苗接种所需要的时间明显少于西林瓶和安瓿疫苗,能节省63%~64%的时间。PFS疫苗接种量均值是(26.8±7.4)剂次/10min,西林瓶疫苗是(9.5±2.4)剂次/10min,安瓿疫苗是(9.3±2.1)剂次/10min;PFS疫苗人均差错事件发生率为4.6%,明显低于西林瓶(19.4%)和安瓿疫苗(10.4%)。结论 PFS的使用有助于提高预防接种工作效率。 Objective Efficiency assessment of prefilled syringe (PFS)on expanded program on immunization (EPI). Method EPI staff were selected from EPI clinics as vaccinators in this study in Beijing. Based on a random cross-over study design, each vaccinator will perform injection with each of the 3 packaging formats (PFS, vial & ampoule) in 2 phases (record the time taken to perform one injection and record the number of injections performed within 10 minutes)to evaluate the speed of vaccination and the occurrence of vaccination mistakes. Result A success vaccination Was performed by PFS, which can save time 63%-64% in comparison with that by vial and ampoule. In 10 minutes' vaccination, the mean shots were ( 26.8 ± 7.4) for PFS, (9.5 ± 2.4) for vials and ( 9.3±2.1 ) for ampoule. The percentage of vaccination mistakes by PFS was 4.6%, which obviously lower than vial ( 19.4% ) and ampoule ( 10.4% ). Conclusion The use of PFS offers higher efficiency for vaccination.
