铅酸蓄电池槽盖上铅套裂纹的分析与研究

Analysis and research on cracks of lead bushes in the covers of lead- acid batteries

通过分析铅酸蓄电池槽盖上铅套裂纹的原因,对塑料模具型芯进行调整,改进铅套浇铸模工装与浇铸工艺,解决塑料成型中铅套挤裂和浇铸过程中裂纹问题。就工艺改进提出要点,以提高铅套制作质量和蓄电池槽盖产品的质量。

Through analyzing the cracks of lead bushes in the covers of lead-acid batteries,adjusting the position and gap of plastic mold cores,improving the casting mold tooling of lead sets and casting process,the problems of extrusion crack of lead bushes during plastic forming and cracking during casting process were resolved.This paper put forward some points in process improvement in order to improve the manufacturing quality of lead bushes and the product quality of battery cover.
